How long will it take for my bracelet(s) to be made?

Each bracelet is handmade with love and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. During busy times, we may need a few additional days since all bracelets are handmade. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns as all bracelets are handmade to order. If for any reason you are not happy, please reach out to us at rinneyrenee@gmail.com. 

Any tips on how to wear and take good care of my bracelets?

To ensure longevity, please roll on and off your wrist, and take off before going in water. 14K gold filled and silver beads are tarnish resistant, but the letter beads can fade over time. Please clean your metal bead bracelets a couple times a month with mild soap and water, and a very soft wash cloth. 

How do I figure out sizing for my bracelet?

Please measure your wrist with a string and a ruler, or use a measuring tape. Size 1/2 inch down for a tight fit. Size 1/2 inch up for a loose fit.

My bracelet is incorrect, damaged or still hasn’t arrived! What do I do?

Love my bracelet but not loving the size - what can I do?

If your sizing feels off, we can definitely resize. We just ask that you pay to ship it back to us. 

What are 14K gold filled beads?

14K gold filled beads are affordable and very good quality, They wont tarnish and are good for everyday wear. They are also hypoallergenic and good for all skin types.
